All HIVA Diamond fine jewellery is cast exclusively in solid noble precious metals: 18K Yellow Gold, 18K White Gold, 18K Rose Gold (75% pure gold alloyed for structural tensile strength), and Platinum 950 (95% pure platinum). We never use hollow stampings, vermeil, or gold plating.
Platinum is a naturally dense, hypoallergenic white metal that develops a soft satin patina over decades without ever wearing away or changing color. 18K White Gold is lighter, slightly brighter due to its rhodium finish, and offers superior scratch resistance. Both provide exceptional structural security for certified center diamonds.
Absolutely. We are direct manufacturers with our own CAD design studio and casting foundry in Surat. You can customize band width, prong profiles (claw, round, tab), metal alloys, hidden halos, or submit reference sketches, Pinterest photos, or CAD files through our Custom Design Atelier.
We recommend visiting our Jewellery Education Hub for our printable ring sizing chart, or measuring the internal diameter of a well-fitting ring. We manufacture standard US ring sizes from 3.0 to 11.0 in quarter-size increments, as well as European and British sizes. Complimentary resizing is available on eligible solitaire mountings within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-made bespoke pieces and tailored ring sizes require approximately 10 to 15 business days for 3D CAD modeling, high-precision lost-wax casting, micro-pavé hand setting, and final BIS hallmarking prior to expedited insured courier dispatch.

Every solitaire diamond ring, pendant, stud earring pair, and tennis bracelet featuring diamonds of 0.50 carat and above is accompanied by an independent grading report from internationally recognized laboratories, including IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA. The certificate number is micro-laser-inscribed directly on the stone girdle.
To preserve brilliant fire, clean your jewellery monthly in warm water mixed with mild grease-cutting dish soap. Gently scrub beneath the pavilion and between prongs using a soft-bristled baby toothbrush, rinse thoroughly under running water with the drain closed, and pat dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth.
